A few useful answers.
Is KAAS really free?
Yes. KAAS is free to use, with unlimited groups and expenses.
Does everyone need to install KAAS?
You can add people to a group and include them in expenses before they join. To access the group themselves, they need the app and an account.
Can I split expenses unequally?
Yes. Choose an equal split, assign shares, or set percentages for the members involved in an expense.
Can I add someone who has not joined yet?
Yes. Add a member from selected contacts or by phone or email, then send an invite through a link, WhatsApp or SMS.
Does KAAS transfer money?
KAAS tracks expenses and records settlements; it does not hold your money or directly move bank funds. If a member has added UPI details, you can open your payment app to pay, then record the settlement in KAAS.
Can I edit or delete an expense?
KAAS supports editing and deleting expenses, subject to your permissions in the group. Open the expense to see the actions available to you.
What happens to my data?
KAAS stores account details, group expenses and settlements to provide the service. Contacts access is optional, and analytics may be used to improve the app. We do not sell personal information. Read our Privacy Policy and Data Safety pages for the full details, or contact support to request deletion.
Is KAAS available on Android and iPhone?
KAAS is available on Android through Google Play. We do not currently list an iPhone download here; contact support for availability updates.
